As our new Project Coordinator you'll have a myriad of unique responsibilities, including:
- Project Coordination: Coordinating and managing some of our ongoing marketing retainer accounts. Assisting our team of project and account managers, designers, developers, and copywriters in creating cutting edge websites, marketing campaigns, and more. Liaising directly with our clients, sharing status updates, timelines, collecting feedback, etc.
- Operations: Running the day to day operations of the agency, supporting with implementing new systems, onboarding new team members, booking travel and more.
- Culture: Coordinating birthday surprises, quarterly celebrations, team lunches and offsite events.
- Accounting: Generating invoices, receiving payments, following up on late payments, paying bills. Ideally you have some experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in marketing or related field and at least 2 years administrative or marketing experience. You're looking to grow rapidly in your career and you have:
- Excellent communication skills (both orally and written). You can independently draft widely disseminated documents and are confident in dealing with clients’ in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently. You are self-motivated and self-directed. You love to cross tasks off the list, make things happen and move on to the next project.
- Positive and proactive attitude. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you are always one step ahead of your manager and your smile is infectious.
- You are extremely customer service oriented; you remember clients’ names, preferences and more.
- Extremely organized with excellent follow through. You thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Computer Skills: Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Quickbooks, and Internet Research.
