Cal Water provides clean water to hundreds of communities across the U.S. Unfortunately, a murky design made it difficult for users to find what they needed. We applied the concept of "cognitive fluency" and created an intuitive home page.
Frustrated customers were calling support for help with items that
they should have been able to handle online. How could we get their population to understand that answers were only a simple click away?
We redid the home page and created a UI that focused on improving
the user experience. By applying the concept of cognitive fluency we made finding answers intuitive, regardless of the consumer’s technical skill.
