Santa Clara County Housing Authority helps low income families get affordable housing and achieve self sufficiency. We ran user research to understand the unique challenges their tenants & landlords face and how we can address their needs online so they can get the answers they need easily. We then translated this research into a user-friendly website and overall branding revamp through print collateral and lobby signage.
